Good updates make
the next step clear.
ShipBrief turns operational details into a shipment update your customer can use.
Built around everyday logistics work
I’m Asif Newaz. I built ShipBrief to make shipment communication more consistent: what is happening, what it means, who is acting and when the next update is due.
It brings logistics experience and AI-assisted product building together in a focused tool for people working with freight.
One draft. Three useful formats.
Enter your shipment details once. Review a structured report, an email or a WhatsApp message. Copy the text, download it, or use your browser’s print dialog to save a PDF.
- Add verified shipment facts and identify estimates.
- Describe any exception, impact and next action.
- Review the output, then share it yourself.
You supply the facts
ShipBrief formats the information you enter. It does not track shipments, verify operational facts, calculate an arrival date or send messages. Missing details stay visibly missing.
AI assisted the development of this website. Your shipment details are processed by templates in your browser; they are not sent to an AI model.
Built to improve with use
Practical feedback helps make ShipBrief better. If a field, phrase or report layout gets in your way, tell me what you were trying to communicate.
