CLEAR ABOUT YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy, in plain language.

This policy explains how ShipBrief handles shipment inputs, reports, contact emails and the services that deliver this website.

Last updated: 24 October 2026 · Maintained by Asif Newaz

Your shipment details

The report builder runs in your browser. ShipBrief’s application code does not send your entered shipment references, customer details, routes, dates, exceptions or next actions to a server or AI service.

The application does not save those entries in a database, cookies or browser local storage. It has no saved-draft account. Refreshing or leaving the page can lose your draft. Your browser may independently retain form values or restore tabs, depending on your settings.

Copying, downloading and printing

Copy writes the selected report format to your device’s clipboard when permission is available. If copying is blocked, a dialog lets you select and copy the text manually. Clipboard history and synchronization are controlled by your device.

Download creates a text file on your device. Print / PDF opens your browser’s print dialog. Files, print jobs and any cloud destinations you select are handled by your browser, device and chosen providers. ShipBrief does not automatically email, message or upload your report.

Contact by email

If you send email to quazi.a.newaz@gmail.com, your address, message and attachments are handled by email providers and made available to Asif Newaz to address your enquiry. Opening the email link alone does not send a message.

For questions about correspondence or a request to delete a message you sent, contact the same address with enough context to identify it. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information.

Hosting and access

ShipBrief uses Sites hosting with Cloudflare DNS and traffic protection. The hosting and access services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs to deliver and protect the website. The public website does not require a ShipBrief account. These services may use cookies or similar technologies for operation and security.

ShipBrief serves the Inter font and other assets from this website, with system fonts as a fallback. It does not request fonts from Google or another external font service.

Optional analytics and your choice

Google Analytics loads only if you choose Allow analytics. Reject analytics is equally available, and every shipment feature works without it. Use Analytics settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. Withdrawal stops further collection and removes accessible Analytics cookies without reloading your draft. It does not erase previously collected data.

With your permission, Google receives a fixed page name and address, visit/session identifiers, and technical browser/device information to measure visits. Network requests expose your IP address to Google for processing. We exclude shipment inputs, report text, query strings, URL fragments and referrer URLs. Enhanced measurement and advertising signals are disabled; we do not track copying, downloads, form entries or outbound links.

Your analytics preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days under shipbrief.analytics-choice.v1. This contains your choice and expiry only, never shipment data. Analytics cookies (_ga and related _ga_ cookies) are also limited to 180 days. Clearing browser storage removes the choice. If storage is blocked, analytics stays off. Choices apply to this browser and site; advertising choices are independent.

Google processes Analytics information under its Privacy Policy. Hosting and security cookies are separate from this optional analytics choice.

Advertising and external links

ShipBrief has applied to Google AdSense using publisher pub-3440385209090373. An ads.txt authorization file is published, but no advertising tag is installed and ads are off. Configuring consent messages in AdSense does not make them live on this website. Advertising will require approval, appropriate consent controls, updated disclosures and integration testing before activation.

Portfolio and LinkedIn links lead to external websites. Their privacy practices apply when you visit them.

Changes and questions

This policy will be updated when the application’s data handling changes, including if saved accounts, analytics, advertising or forms are added.
